我做的土豆牛肉汤比较清淡，只放盐和少许味精 食堂是土豆烧牛肉，放了酱油大料
牛肉切块（可以稍微大一点，牛肉会缩水），土豆切块 将牛肉和适量清水放入高压锅（不要放盐和味精，水要多放）， 等高压锅开始排气后，用小火煮30分钟后拿起 将土豆块和水放入汤锅，加少许盐用小火慢煮 等高压锅可以打开时，汤锅里的水也开了，将牛肉汤倒入 重新煮沸后按个人口味加盐和少许味精
味道不错，无论是南方还是北方人喝过都喜欢:)
