Learned how to walk

I used to use my leg to “pull” my foot up. This is why my knee always get hurt after a long walk. And I noticed how Simon Yi Qin walk today: he use his front foot to “push” the floor, this is why he walks so fast. And the instructor Zhangping in Sunnyfit tell me it’s better to use the inner front foot to “push” the floor, this way the ankle is also get protected. If I use the outer foot, the ankle is easy to get hurt.

So I need to learn how to walk when I am 30 :)
